普通の冷やし中華は、醤油とゴマだれですが、HiyaChuのソースは野菜を使ったソースやレモンわさびなどHiyaChuでしか食べられないオリジナルソースがたくさんあります。
HiyaChuはまだ実店舗はありませんが、ビジネスオーナーを募集しています。
